Vietnam Distribution Network

Mishio Kachi’s distribution strategy combines digital channels, chain stores and supermarkets, partner networks, corporate programs and post-purchase service. The goal is to create several routes to market without losing control of product information, customer experience or working capital.

Digital commerce

Digital channels help customers discover products, compare options, place orders and access support. Digital distribution is also an important source of product, customer and service data when orders and customer identities are reconciled correctly across systems.

Chain stores and supermarkets

Physical stores create trust, product visibility and hands-on experience. Mishio Kachi has developed relationships with major chains in Vietnam across consumer electronics, supermarkets, home improvement and pharmacy channels.

Availability can vary by chain, store and product variant. A channel relationship should not be interpreted as every product being available in every location.

Dealer and partner networks

Local partners can extend coverage with lower company-funded store CAPEX. A scalable partner structure still requires pricing discipline, replenishment, training, service standards and visibility into sell-through and receivables.

Corporate and institutional programs

Corporate gifting, promotional programs and professional-use categories can create larger order sizes without requiring a new owned store location for every business customer.

Distribution quality matters more than point count

We evaluate distribution using operating indicators such as:

  • sell-through and reorder;
  • inventory turns;
  • partner economics;
  • receivables and collection;
  • return and warranty trends;
  • service consistency.

For international brands entering Vietnam

Mishio Kachi also publishes practical resources for businesses assessing Vietnam market entry, distributor selection, limited tests and post-purchase service planning.
